Johanna focuses on legal and structuring issues relating to the structure, formation and ongoing operation and administration of the Permira funds.
Prior to joining Permira, Johanna worked for Goodwin Procter in the UK as an associate in the Private Investment Funds practice and Private Equity group for two years. She completed her training contract and was an associate in the International Funds team at King & Wood Mallesons (formerly SJ Berwin).
