Prior to Permira, Kush worked at Blackstone where he played a senior role in their global Energy Transition & Decarbonization Fund. At Blackstone, he focused on investments in the energy services, energy efficiency, energy technology, and power / renewables sectors. Prior to Blackstone, Kush was a public markets energy investor at King Street Capital and Kingsland Capital Management.

Qualifications
Kush holds a degree in Finance and Accounting from Boston University, where he graduated summa cum laude, and an MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he was selected as a Palmer Scholar.
