Kayleigh holds a degree in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University, England.
Biography:
Kayleigh focuses on legal and structuring issues relating to the structure, formation and ongoing operation and administration of the Permira funds.
Prior to joining Permira, Kayleigh worked for Fried Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson (London), as an associate in the Asset Management Practice. Prior to that she spent four years with Kirkland & Ellis International.
