Paul has a degree in Political Science from Bristol University, England, a post-graduate diploma in Law from the College of Law, England, and is a solicitor.

Biography:

Paul is a Managing Director, member of the Financing Group and the Deal Structuring Group, specialising in deal structuring and execution. He has worked on numerous transactions including Akindo Sushiro, Allegro Group, Althea, Corin, Dr. Martens, eDreams OdigeO, Genesys, Iglo Group, I-MED, Just, Magento, NDS, Provimi, Synamedia, Teraco, Tilney and Tricor.

Prior to joining Permira, Paul practised law for nine years, specialising in private equity transactions at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and, before that, Ashurst.
