Séverine has a degree in Law from the University of Panthéon-Sorbonne, France.
Biography:
Séverine provides management and administrative services to the Luxembourg holding companies comprising part of the Permira funds’ portfolio. She is a board member of these companies and is also a member of the Legal and Structuring Group. She has worked on a number of transactions including Magento.
Prior to joining Permira, Séverine spent three years working for Halsey Group, a Luxembourg trust company. Before that, she spent two years in the tax and legal services of PwC in Luxembourg.
