Ulrich Gasse

Ulrich holds a degree in Law from Heidelberg University, Germany, and is a member of the bar association of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

Ulrich is a member of the Permira Holdings Limited board and provides legal support on deal execution. He is also a member of the Deal Structuring Group and has worked on numerous transactions including Arysta LifeScience, CABB, Cognis, Exclusive Group, Grobest, Hugo Boss & Valentino, Jet Aviation, Klarna, LegalZoom, Metalogix, Netafim, P&I, Pharmaq, ProSiebenSat.1, S&B and TeamViewer.

Prior to joining Permira, Ulrich worked for five years in the M&A Private Equity department of Clifford Chance.
