  • The Growth Fund follows the launch of Permira Foundation’s Spark Fund last year

London, 08 January 2026 – The Permira Foundation, the foundation funded and incubated by global investment firm Permira, today announced the launch of the Permira Foundation’s Growth Fund, established to accelerate the scale and impact of high-performing non-profit organisations working across education, employment and health.

The Permira Foundation’s Growth Fund will provide four-year, unrestricted significant funding commitments to growing non-profits from around the world, alongside specialist pro bono support from Permira employees worldwide. The Fund is designed to back ambitious non-profits at pivotal moments in their development, helping leadership teams unlock their next phase of sustainable growth and deepen their impact.

The first three organisations to join the Growth Fund are AllChild, Off Road Kids and Challenge Partners. AllChild supports communities in underserved neighbourhoods across the UK, helping children and young people build the social, emotional and academic skills they need to flourish. Challenge Partners works to reduce educational inequality through whole-school improvement programmes, supporting improved outcomes for disadvantaged pupils across more than 500 schools and 420,000 pupils. Off Road Kids provides nationwide support and reintegration services for street children, disconnected youth and young homeless people across Germany, having already supported over 12,000 young people into stable housing, and enabling many more to access education and employment. Each organisation has been selected for its strong leadership, scalable model and compelling track record of delivering measurable outcomes for children and young people.

Katie Rose, Executive Director of the Permira Foundation, said: “We are thrilled to launch the Permira Foundation’s Growth Fund, offering multi-year funding and pro bono support to charities with exciting growth potential that are improving outcomes in education, employment and health globally. The launch marks an important step towards our ambition to support partners over the long term as they navigate ambitious growth journeys. We look forward to building our portfolio of Growth Fund partners in 2026 and the coming years.”

The Permira Foundation’s Growth Fund follows the launch of its Spark Fund last year, which supports 30 early-stage and locally rooted charities delivering high-impact interventions in communities where Permira operates. In contrast to the Growth Fund’s four-year commitments to established high-performing non-profits, Spark funding is typically provided over one- to two-year periods to help organisations test, refine and scale high-impact interventions. Together, the two funds enable the Permira Foundation to back a global portfolio of high-quality non-profits at different stages of development, while building deep, multi-year relationships that give organisations the stability to innovate, scale and deliver transformative outcomes.
