Prior to joining Permira, Basma worked for Deloitte Morocco for three years. She also spent over 2 years at PwC Luxembourg as a Senior Financial Auditor.

Basma holds a Master’s degree in Audit and Cost Control from the National School of Business and Administration, Morocco.
