Bridget Anello

Bridget leads portfolio talent operations managing systems and processes that underpin all that we do from a human capital perspective across the portfolio, buyout and growth, pre and post deal.

Prior to joining Permira, Bridget worked at Francisco Partners for six years focused on IR operations. She previously worked at Permira to help establish the first Menlo Park office.

Bridget has held roles in operations, investor relations, business development and office management in private equity for 15 years.
