Caitlin joined Permira in 2025. She is a member of the Investor Coverage team within Capital Formation with responsibility for leading LP coverage on the East Coast of the United States across both private equity and credit.
Prior to joining Permira, Caitlin worked at Carlyle for 12 years, where she specialised in business development and investor relations across the platform.
