Prior to joining Permira, Gabriela worked for Volvo Financial Services, she served as Senior Finance Manager, leading financial planning, performance management, and business partnering across an international scope. She drove strategic decision-making by translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights, improving profitability and efficiency across the business for nine years.

Gabriela holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, Peru, she also holds a Master's in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management, the Netherlands.
