Gareth Hall

Gareth joined Permira Credit in 2025. He is responsible for secondary trading and capital markets in Europe.
Prior to joining Permira Credit, Gareth was Managing Director at Barings where he worked for 15 years most recently as a Portfolio Manager across various European leveraged loan, high yield bond and ESG-focused strategies. Prior to that he spent four years at Ernst & Young in transaction services.

Qualifications
Gareth holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (MORSE) from the University of Warwick, England. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
