Ian is the Global Chief Compliance Officer of Permira and leads the firm’s compliance and risk functions.
Prior to joining Permira, Ian spent four years as Head of Compliance & Risk at Hg. He has also held a number of other senior compliance positions across both the buy-side and the sell-side, and started his career at the Financial Services Authority (now the Financial Conduct Authority).

Qualifications
Ian holds a degree in Astrophysics from Cardiff University, Wales.
