JT is an Executive in Residence at Permira, where he advises portfolio company management teams on technology with a focus on actionable GTM strategy, team design, and commercial rigor.
Over the course of his 30-year career, John has led GTM organisations across high growth enterprise and cloud businesses, including Google X, Symantec, Gartner, and TriNet. He also scaled Chronicle Security from zero to over $100M in ARR and was part of three successful exits including an IPO at TriNet. John brings a coaching-based approach to building high performing teams.
