José María is the Global Head of Tax at Permira. He has worked on a number of transactions including AltamarCAM, Axiom, Corin, Ergomed, Exclusive Group, FullStory, Full Truck Alliance, G2, GoCardless, Golden Goose, Kedrion, Magento, Minted, Nexthink, Relativity, SonarSource, Squarespace, Synamedia, The Knot Worldwide, Universidad Europea, Valeris and Zendesk.
Prior to joining Permira, he was Counsel at Linklaters’ Madrid tax group with 15 years of practice. José María has broad experience in tax advice in the field of private equity, with a specific focus on cross border transactions and deal structuring. He also is a member of the Tax Committee of the BVCA and Invest Europe.
