Justin is a transaction specialist involved across all sectors on transactions and with portfolio companies. He has worked on a number of transactions, including AllTrails, Axiom, Boats Group, Cambrex, Clearwater Analytics, Encore Fire Protection, FullStory, Genesys, G2, Kroll, Lytx, McAfee, Mimecast, Minted, Mirakl, Motus, Reformation, Octus, Seismic, SonarSource, Squarespace, Sysdig, The Knot Worldwide, Valeris, Zendesk, and Zwift. He is currently a non-executive director at Minted.
Justin is an Investment lead for our social impact partnership with Minds Matter New York, a charity partner with the Permira Foundation.
Prior to joining Permira, Justin worked for six years as an attorney specialising in M&A at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in New York.

Qualifications
Justin holds Bachelor degrees in History and Political Science and a JD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA.
