Mark is a Senior Adviser at Permira, where he supports in strategic M&A and value creation initiatives across the firm’s global portfolio, with a particular focus on the Consumer sector.
With more than 30 years of experience spanning finance, e-commerce, and digital marketplaces, Mark brings deep expertise in strategic transactions and board leadership. He currently serves as Independent Non-Executive Chairman of Permira-backed Catawiki and has held senior board roles at Adevinta, OLX Brazil, Gmarket, and Distilled Media Group.
Previously, Mark was Vice President of Corporate and Business Development and Vice President of Strategic Investments at eBay, where he led global M&A and investment activity. He began his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley and JP Morgan, leading numerous landmark technology transactions.
