Marta joined Permira in January 2023. She is responsible for internal sustainable initiatives at Permira including annual carbon footprint and compliance projects, maintaining RepRisk watchlists and finalising new online ESG training.
Prior to joining Permira, Marta worked for ERM as an ESG Consultant for 3.5 years. Prior to ERM, Marta participated in the development of environmental vulnerability analysis of water management projects in Latin America.

Qualifications
Marta has a MSc. in Science and Integrated Management of Water and BS in Environmental Engineering.
