Marta Diez

Marta joined Permira in January 2023. She is responsible for internal sustainability initiatives at Permira including the firm's annual carbon footprint and various sustainability-related compliance projects. She also developed and maintains Permira's online responsible investment training and is involved in the annual portfolio company sustainability monitoring and reporting process.

Prior to joining Permira, Marta worked for ERM as an ESG Consultant for three and a half years. Prior to ERM, Marta participated in the development of environmental vulnerability analysis of water management projects in Latin America.
