Prior to joining Permira, Mirela spent three years at Quantum-Si Inc., where she managed full-cycle accounts payable operations, oversaw expense reporting, and contributed to the implementation of financial automation solutions. Before that, she worked in the legal sector as part of a finance team, providing accounting support for a large group of attorneys across the U.S.

Mirela holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Split, Croatia.
