Capital Formation - Managing Director
Molly joined Permira in 2022. She is a member of the Investor Coverage team within Capital Formation with responsibility for leading LP coverage in the Central US and Latin America.
Prior to joining Permira, Molly worked at EQT Partners for five years where she focused on institutional client relationships in the U.S. and Canada. Prior to that, she spent seven years with The Riverside Company where she worked with investors on a global basis. She started her career working in the Industrials Investment Banking Group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey (now Truist).

Molly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a degree in Finance and Organisational Management from Emory University, USA.
