Nenka joined Permira Credit in September 2021. She is primarily focused on legal aspects of new transactions and restructurings within the direct lending portfolio.
Nenka joins Permira Credit from Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP. Prior to that she spent ten years at Freshfields, where she qualified as a banking and finance lawyer.

Qualifications
She holds a degree in Law from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, a Masters degree in Law from the University of Hamburg, and a Masters degree in European Studies, European Law, Politics and Economics from Europa-Kolleg Hamburg. Nenka is also a qualified lawyer in Bulgaria.
