Prior to joining Permira, Ole spent three years at Searchlight Capital Partners, where he was part of the European buyout team, working across business services, industrial services and financial services investments. Prior to that he spent two years with J.P. Morgan’s investment banking division focusing on the Energy space.

Qualifications
Ole holds a degree in General Management from EBS University for Business and Law, Germany, and a Master's in Master in Management from IE University Madrid, Spain.
