Riley Dougan joined Permira Credit’s US CLO team in July 2025. He focuses on corporate credit investment opportunities in the Technology sector.
Prior to joining Permira, Riley worked for Guggenheim Investments on the Corporate Credit Research team for three years. Prior to that, he spent five years on the U.S. Liquid Credit Research team at ICG. He began his career at Morgan Stanley.

Qualifications
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from St. Joseph's University.
