Sarah focuses on legal and structuring issues relating to the structure, formation and ongoing operation and administration of the Permira funds.
Prior to joining Permira, Sarah worked for Travers Smith LLP as an associate in the Investment Funds team for three and a half years. She undertook her training contract in the Funds team at MJ Hudson.
