Capital Formation - Senior Director
Sean joined Permira in 2025. He is a member of the Investor Coverage team within Capital Formation, with responsibility for leading LP coverage in the Western U.S. and Canada across private equity and credit.
Prior to joining Permira, Sean worked at Jefferies Credit Partners for three years and Neuberger Berman for four years, leading West Coast fundraising efforts in both roles. He also worked at BlackRock for five years and began his career in leveraged finance at BAML.

Qualifications
Sean holds a degree in Managerial Economics from the University of California, USA, and is a CFA charterholder.
