Stefan Dziarski
Partner, Head of Permira Ascent
Stefan is Head of Permira Ascent. He co-chairs the Ascent Investment Committee and chairs the Ascent Portfolio Review Committee. He focuses on investment opportunities in the Technology sector, specialising in software and consumer digital.
Stefan has worked on a number of transactions accross the Permira Private Equity platform including Adevinta, Ancestry, BESTSECRET, BioCatch, Cielo, Evelyn Partners, Flix, FullStory, Klarna, McAfee, Nexthink, P&I, ProSiebenSat.1, SonarSource and TeamViewer. He is currently a Non-Executive Director at Adevinta, BioCatch, Flix and McAfee.
Prior to joining Permira, Stefan worked as an Associate in investment banking at Salomon Smith Barney/Citigroup in New York and Hong Kong. He was part of Citigroup’s New York Media and Telecom M&A practice and was previously part of Citigroup’s Asia Pacific Technology practice.

Qualifications
Stefan has a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the European Business School, Germany. He also studied at Thunderbird School of Global Management, USA, as well as the National University of Singapore, Singapore.
