Theo is a member of the Value Creation Team with a focus on investment opportunities in the Healthcare sector.
Prior to joining Permira, Theo spent six years at Novartis, most recently as Executive Director of US Marketing, where he led commercial launches and strategy across the firm’s prostate cancer, breast cancer, rare disease, and melanoma portfolios. Prior to that he spent four years with BCG supporting healthcare companies on their growth agenda, and three years working in biotech in business development and strategy at Neon Therapeutics and Cambridge Epigenetix.

Qualifications
Theo holds a degree in Mathematics and English from Williams College, USA and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business, USA.
