Krista is the Global Chief Compliance Officer at Permira.
Prior to joining Permira, Krista worked for CVC Capital Partners where she served as Head of Compliance for the Americas and Chief Compliance Officer of CVC Advisors (U.S.) Inc. While at CVC, Krista directed the firm’s compliance and regulatory oversight efforts for the firm’s Private Equity business in the Americas. Prior to CVC, Krista held roles at FIS Global, Apollo Global Management, and JP Morgan.
