Ryosuke Okazaki
Senior Director, Head of Japan, Capital Formation
Ryosuke joined Permira in 2025. He is a member of the Investor Coverage team within Capital Formation with responsibility for leading LP coverage in Japan across both private equity and credit.
Prior to joining Permira, Ryosuke worked at Pantheon for seven years most recently as a Principal and Head of Institutional Investors in the Investor Relations team covering Japan. Before that, he worked for Mitsubishi Corporation Asset Management and Citigroup Investment Banking Division in Tokyo.

Qualifications
Ryosuke holds a degree in Piano Performance from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama, Wales.
