Ben Rogers
Global Director of AI, Services
Ben Rogers is part of Permira's Value Creation Team, where he leads AI-driven transformation initiatives across the firm with a primary focus on the Services portfolio.
He convenes Permira's AI Council, bringing together CEOs and Senior Advisors to accelerate AI adoption across the portfolio, and co-chairs the AI Innovation Committee, which focuses on driving AI implementation and capability development internally across the firm.
Ben works strategically with companies including Acuity, Westbridge and Ergomed. He partners with management teams to deploy AI, advanced analytics and digital technologies that improve operational performance, accelerate growth, and create sustainable competitive advantage — identifying high-impact use cases, scaling AI-enabled solutions, and delivering enterprise-wide transformation programmes.
Before joining Permira, Ben was part of the Technology Solutions team at Cerberus Capital Management, where he led value creation initiatives across multiple portfolio companies and supported complex technology and digital diligence processes. Earlier in his career, he spent eight years in strategy consulting, advising organisations on AI, advanced analytics and digital transformation across a range of industries.

Qualifications
Ben holds a degree in Natural Sciences from the University of Cambridge, England. With over a decade of experience spanning strategy consulting and private equity, he brings a rare combination of strategic rigour and hands-on AI implementation expertise.
