Its current offerings include cap table management, 409A valuations, compensation benchmarking, and products tailored for private equity and venture capital investors, with additional solutions under development.

Carta aims to become the “ERP for private capital” as the single source of truth for equity ownership across the ecosystem, making equity easier to issue and manage and ultimately helping to democratize access to ownership.
